Council approves budget, planning process for Keizer Station

A few quick notes from the Keizer City Council meeting Monday night:
• Budgets for the city and the Keizer Urban Renewal Agency were approved. The city budget includes utility fee and rate increases totaling about $26 per year per household.
• Councilors approved a measure that changes how retail building cap allotments at Keizer Station would be amended. It would go through a master plan process as opposed to a text amendment.
