Old Navy inks deal to build at Keizer Station

Old Navy has signed a lease with Donahue Schriber to build a new store at Keizer Station.
“It was officially signed yesterday by both parties,” said Jack Steinhauer, director of acquisitions and development for Donahue Schriber. “We’re under construction, and it’s going next to Bed, Bath and Beyond.”
Size of the store is 16,992 square feet. Steinhauer said his company hopes to have it open by spring of 2011.
The chain had filed for a building permit in March 2010 valued at $1.33 million.
Lancaster Mall officials announced in January that Old Navy is leaving its Salem location in 2011.
